Ondersteunen van de Coördinator vrijwilligers!
Ben je enthousiast om een vrijwilliger te zijn? Als vrijwilliger ondersteun je de Volunteer Coordinator door een paar uur per week te helpen. Je taken omvatten onder andere:
- Zorgen dat de vrijwilligers zich thuis voelen.
- Gesprekje voeren met een nieuwe bewoner om uit te vragen waar wij hen mee kunnen helpen zodat ze zich sneller thuis voelen.
- Nieuwe vrijwilligers welkom heten en een rondleiding geven.
- Licht administratieve taken, zoals het bijhouden van verjaardagen.
- Werken met het concept Positieve Gezondheid om mensen meer invloed te geven over veranderingen.
