Location: Butler, NJ

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday – Standard Business Hours

Description

An event technology rental company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and create a well‑run, welcoming work environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in details, anticipates needs, and enjoys supporting both operations and team culture.

The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional office atmosphere.

What You’ll Do Office Operations & Supplies
  • Maintain organization, inventory, and supplies across office spaces
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked, functional, and ready for daily use
  • Coordinate deliveries, mail, and day‑to‑day logistics
  • Keep shared spaces organized and well‑maintained
Facilities & Vendor Management + Guest Experience
  • Manage relationships with vendors and facility providers
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and operational improvements
  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room setup and ensure a professional front‑office experience
Team Events & Engagement
  • Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives
  • Communicate event details clearly across internal channels
  • Gather team input to create engaging and relevant experiences
Employee Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for workplace needs and requests
  • Support onboarding logistics and new hire setup
  • Assist with general HR‑related coordination and administrative support
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming Day 1 experience for new employees
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or event planning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear and consistent communication abilities
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through on responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create a welcoming environment
