Operations Lead

Core Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate and track cross-functional operational projects
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, ownership, and status updates
• Ensure follow-through across teams and elevate blockers when necessary
• Help leadership prioritize initiatives and sequence work effectively
• Drive projects forward from planning through execution

• Support leadership team with meeting preparation, follow-ups, task tracking, and execution
• Capture action items and ensure accountability following meetings
• Assist in organizing and maintaining operational systems, documentation, and workflows
• Help ensure operational consistency across departments

• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving operational processes and SOPs
• Coordinate implementation of new tools, workflows, and operational systems
• Identify inefficiencies or operational gaps and help develop scalable solutions
• Maintain visibility across operational workflows and communicate updates proactively

• Extremely organized with exceptional follow-through
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Highly proactive and resourceful
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities

• Experience in operations, project management, program coordination, or similar roles
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and leadership
• Experience improving processes and operational workflows
• Startup, logistics, technology, or operational environment experience preferred
