Customer Sucess Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Success Operations

• Maintain Customer Success administrative workflows and operational processes
• Help improve Hub Spot organization, data accuracy, pipeline management, and team usage effectiveness
• Support reporting, task management, documentation, and internal process tracking
• Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify operational gaps and improve workflows
• Maintain internal documentation, templates, and customer operational resources

• Manage the coordination and execution of Fello’s Live Event Staffing/On Site Support Program
• Serve as a central communication point between customers, staffing teams, and internal operations
• Coordinate staff scheduling, travel logistics, event assignments, and customer-facing staffing communication
• Manage staffing calendars, deployment details, and operational readiness for events
• Support remote event troubleshooting and operational coordination during live deployments

• Highly organized with strong operational follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, timelines, and logistics simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
• Experience using Hub Spot, CRM systems, or operational tools preferred
• Comfortable owning administrative systems and improving operational efficiency
• Able to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-moving environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify issues before they
