Lead the night shift with energy —deliver exceptional customer service, handle concerns proactively, and set the tone for a positive, guest-first culture.;
Drive food excellence —oversee daily production, keep fresh items stocked and high-quality, and ensure all food safety, prep, and sanitation standards are met.;
Build and inspire the team —train, motivate, recognize, and support team members while delegating tasks to keep the shift efficient and focused.;
Own store operations —manage cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, timekeeping, equipment, vendor check-ins, and ensure compliance with all policies and fuel regulations.;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment —inside the store and out, including restrooms, lot, walkways, and all work areas.
