About the Receptionist Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist
- Part Time to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and families, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.
Receptionist Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and families with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Perform administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and data entry
Provide support to other departments as needed
