Position: Administrative Support (Senior Level)

Administrator, Special Projects

The Administrator of Special Projects (Full or Part-Time) provides senior-level administrative support while coordinating or overseeing specific projects. The role supports Leadership by managing assigned projects and helping ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and with discretion.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating special projects from planning through completion
  • Preparing reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Tracking deadlines, tasks, and project progress
  • Organizing meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up items
  • Communicating with internal teams, leadership, and outside contacts
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and judgment
  • Supporting quality assurance, compliance, accreditation, or process-improvement work
  • Using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to organize and present information

The position is based in Butler, PA. The normal work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Position Requirements:

Required:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years' administrative support experience and excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of comprehension, analytical skill, and attention to detail in producing work in a timely manner
  • Considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment when dealing with sensitive information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Current driver's license and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle
  • Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience with Quality Assurance, Accreditation, Compliance or Project Management
