If you are a results-driven Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial construction, we encourage you to apply and join our team. Description Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Budget & Cost Control Develop and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting. Monitor project expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with contract requirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize expenditures.
Construction Oversight & Quality Control Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Address any construction issues or unforeseen conditions with prompt and effective solutions. Safety & Compliance Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers are trained on job site safety procedures. Work closely with inspectors, permitting agencies, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance. Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience managing projects in the K-12, data center, healthcare, and/or higher education sectors.
