Production Technicians - Day or Evening Shifts

Job Opportunity in Butler, PA

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a growing family owned manufacturing company in Butler, PA. They are looking to hire several new employees for both their daylight and evening shift operations. They are hiring for a multitude of production related positions and are willing to consider candidates of all experience levels for these openings. Candidates must be open to learning new skills and building on their existing experience and abilities.

The client will provide on the job training for all new hires, with a typical 2 week training period on the daylight shift. The client strives to place you into a position that best utilizes your experience and current abilities and that you enjoy doing.

Shifts:

• Daylight: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week
• Afternoon: 5pm to 3am, Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week

Overtime is available on the weekends but not mandated.

Pay Rate:

• Daylight shift: $16.00 per hour
• Night shift: $18.00 per hour

Currently hiring for the following positions:

• CNC cutting table operator
• Industrial router or Sander operator
• Bender machine operator – Bending pieces of metal track to specified shapes
• Saw operator – Typically using either a chop or miter saw to cut metal track or frame pieces
• Material handler – Loading and unloading of product during production process
• Various Assembly related roles
• Finish packaging roles
• Overhead crane operators
• Truck loading and unloading positions

Education and Experience:

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Must be willing to learn on the job, we are willing to train and will consider all levels of current experience. This includes entry-level.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Must be able to lift 45lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to be on your feet for most of your shift hours
• Must be able to push or pull loaded carts around production facility
