LPN Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care services to residents, including dressing changes, wound cleansing, and debridement

• Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention techniques

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection prevention and control guidelines

About the LPN Wound Care Nurse Role:
