As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in directing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction.

Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of our nursing units, overseeing a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants

• Develop, implement, and evaluate unit policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

• Conduct performances evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and facilitate staff development and training

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and statistics to track unit performance and identify areas for improvement

• Foster a culture of openness, respect, and professionalism, promoting a positive and supportive work environment

Registered Nurse RN Unit Manager Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (RN)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nursing management

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
