You will complete routine rounds, document activity, and support patients, visitors, and staff with customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related hazards, suspicious behavior, or policy concerns.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, reporting, and coordinating with site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.

+ Monitor access points and public areas, provide directions and assistance, and help maintain orderly traffic flow in lobbies, corridors, and common areas.

+ Complete detailed documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations using required reporting tools and/or logs, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and site contacts.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
