Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Assist with access control, incident documentation, and communication with site personnel and emergency responders as needed
