Early Learning Connections, a private, non-profit United Way affiliate, was founded in 1973. The mission of the Early Learning Connections is to provide a variety of high quality early learning programs that foster a safe and positive culture through kindness and respect to meet the comprehensive needs of families.

As a new Family Service Worker at Early Learning Connections in Butler County, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to assess family needs, facilitating parent education workshops, and connecting families with community resources. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop individualized service plans and ensure families receive the support they need to thrive. Additionally, you will maintain detailed case records, participate in team meetings, and stay updated on best practices in family services.

To excel as a Family Service Worker at Early Learning Connections in Butler County, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel, is required for documentation and data entry.

Familiarity with social service databases and case management software is a plus.

• Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work or related field, with emphasis in social work preferred. High School diploma/GED with enrollment in FSW Credential accepted.

• Current Pennsylvania Driver's License required and must have access to transportation daily in order to perform specific job functions.
