The main role of an accounting assistant is to record accounting transactions in compliance with the law.

Main activities:

Carry out all accounting entries

• Receive invoices
• Enter invoices with all necessary details
• Sort invoices by company
• Track accounting balances and prepare supporting documents
• Justify discrepancies
• Manage supplier accounts
• Perform legal declarations and mandatory payments, including for VAT
• After verification, record reimbursement requests for expense notes
• Respond to all specific requests from management
• Order supplies, check for discrepancies, and submit requests for missing items or price adjustments to suppliers in case of disputes
• Manage insurance files
• Send documents to insurance for company-owned vehicles and owned or leased premises
• Handle claims files

Graduate of a bachelor's degree in accounting or audit

You are organized and recognized for your autonomy and discretion

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
