Job Title

The group employs over 1,900 employees distributed across the Hauts de France, Occitanie, and Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur regions.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following missions:

• Administrative preparation and delivery of new and/or used vehicles to clients (individuals and companies)
• Administrative management and follow-up of orders
• Monitoring of various performance indicators
• Accounting follow-up
• Execution of various administrative tasks (invoicing, cash handling, archiving…)
• Creation and follow-up of SIV registrations

You:

• Are autonomous and know how to manage priorities with a keen sense of organization
• Have a client-relational sense and teamwork skills
• Are recognized for your listening skills and discretion
• Can demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and responsiveness
• Master the IT tools (Word, Excel)
• Hold a B permit.
