Construction Laborer

Arcadis is the world’s leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. We are looking for a Construction Labourer to support the Butte Residential Metals Abatement Program (RMAP) Remedial Action in Butte, Montana. This field‑focused role involves excavation, restoration, and construction activities at residential properties. Work follows a recurring seasonal schedule (late spring through fall).

Off‑season travel assignments may be available.

• Excavation and restoration of remediated properties
• Light construction activities
• Light demolition, including jack hammering of concrete
• Manage concrete work, painting, and landscaping
• Remedial system installs and removal
• Heavy labor to include shoveling and carrying materials up to 50 lbs.
• Installation of fencing and construction materials
• Mason dump truck driver (non‑CDL)

• 1+ years of experience working on environmental construction sites preferred
• Experience with construction equipment
• 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
