Role Description
Arcadis is seeking a Construction Laborer to support the Butte Residential Metals Abatement Program (RMAP) Remedial Action. The position is primarily based in Butte, Montana and will support seasonal residential soil remediation work in accordance with project plans and regulatory requirements. This field‑focused role involves excavation, restoration, and construction activities at residential properties, typically late spring through fall, with opportunities for off‑season travel assignments nationwide based on availability and project needs.
Responsibilities- Excavation and restoration of remediated properties
- Light construction activities
- Light demolition, including jack hammering of concrete
- Manage concrete work, painting, and landscaping
- Remedial system installs and removal
- Heavy labor such as shoveling and carrying materials up to 50 lbs.
- Installation of fencing and construction materials
- Mason dump truck driver (non‑CDL)
- 1+ years of experience working on environmental construction sites preferred
- Experience with construction equipment
- 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification preferred

Salary range: $18.00–$25.00 per hour. Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
