Reservation Agent (PT) In Office

• Assist with calls from and to customers
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status
• Help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand
• Review reports supporting effective equipment placement, customer reservations, and contracts
• Support equipment availability and accuracy
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
• U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in applicable states, including Montana if applicable state law applies

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and effective time management while supporting equipment and reservation management. Proficient in multitasking and utilizing office equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
