Medical Director Physician

Provide direct patient care in assigned facilities
️ Serve as Medical Director, guiding clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and reporting requirements
Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff including NPs and PAs
Participate in care coordination and quality outcomes analysis
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

️ MD or DO
️ Board Certified / Board Eligible in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics)
️ Active or eligible Montana medical license
️ Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
️ Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
