• Present engineering recommendations and design proposals to management for approval and implementation
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on mechanical design projects for industrial manufacturing applications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution (preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development
• Proven expertise with Solid Works CAD software for mechanical design applications
• Advanced proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with ANSYS simulation software (required)
• Strong technical leadership background with preference for design‑for‑manufacturing experience
• Track record of successfully leading mechanical engineering projects from concept to commercialization
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work and project requirements
