Senior Electromechanical Engineer
We are seeking a passionate, talented, and resourceful Senior Electromechanical Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities- Take responsibility for assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Generate project requirements to resolve product/process problems and support the development of new products/processes.
- Initiate technical investigations, prepare design specifications, analyses, and make recommendations for management approval.
- Engage in mechanical design for a range of prototype, pre-commercial, and new commercial products.
- Provide technical leadership with a preference for experience in designing products for manufacture.
- Work effectively as a team leader/participant on assigned projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in a diverse, technically demanding environment.
- Exhibit exceptional electromechanical and machine design capabilities, including extensive product development and design for manufacturing experience.
- Design and prototype pre-commercial and complex commercial products.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, component specifications, and calibration instructions.
- Utilize strong CAD and CAE design and analysis skills.
- Bachelor's or Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering (ABET Accredited) preferred.
- Ten years of experience in Electromechanical Design.
- Proficiency in Solid Works.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
