Provide hands‑on therapy services in a skilled nursing facility setting, support licensed therapists, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to patient care plans.
Qualifications- Active MT Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, valid for SNF UNIT
- At least 2 years of Physical Therapy Assistant experience
- Start date:
12/24/2025 to 03/25/2026 (or 02/26/2026 start per current posting)
- Major Medical, Dental/Vision, and Pet Insurance
