Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Shifts:
8 D Pay Rate: $2493.00 - $2569.00
PT needed asap Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions.
-Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress One (1) year related experience (preferably in a clinic setting) is required. One (1) year ultrasound experience is preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.
-BLS - American Heart Association. Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
