Position Summary
Advanced Therapy Clinic is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Specialist with knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to expand referral partnerships and increase client enrollment across our Montana locations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources including pediatricians, school districts, psychologists, hospitals, early intervention programs, and community organizations. The ideal candidate understands ABA services and can confidently educate providers and families about our clinical offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Outreach
- Develop and execute a referral growth strategy across assigned territories
- Conduct in-person visits to pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations
- Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings
- Deliver professional presentations about ABA services
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources
- Track outreach efforts and referral conversion metrics
- Relationship Management
- Serve as primary liaison between referral sources and clinic leadership
- Build long-term strategic partnerships
- Identify gaps in market coverage and new expansion opportunities
- Maintain CRM or referral tracking system
- Strategic Growth
- Analyze referral trends and adjust outreach strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion into new markets
- Provide competitive market insights
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, psychology, or related field
- Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly
Preferred:
- Background in ABA, behavioral health, occupational therapy, or pediatric services
- Experience working with pediatric referral networks
- Knowledge of insurance and ABA funding sources
- Base Salary: $60,000
