About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outpatient Receptionist to support daily clinic operations, patient flow, and administrative tasks. This role ensures efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service in a fast-paced environment. The position also provides direct scheduling and administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer during outpatient clinic hours.

- Proficient with electronic health records, scheduling systems, and standard office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone and in-person interactions
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently after training
- Collaborative team player who partners well with providers and operations leaders
- Experienced with insurance processes, prior authorizations, and accurate documentation
- Adaptable and service-oriented, with a patient-centered mindset
- Experience working with children and families in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred

RequirementsRequired:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient or medical office setting.
- Experience with electronic medical records and strong computer proficiency.
Preferred:
- Experience in a behavioral health environment, particularly with children and families.
