Dietary Aide/Dishwasher will join our team to provide exceptional support to our culinary staff, maintaining a clean and safe food environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
Restock supplies and ingredients for food preparation
Assist with meal delivery and tray service
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure accurate food labeling and inventory
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff members
Assist the culinary team with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in food service or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
