This position is accountable for the provision of patient care and other activities as permitted by licensure and defined within Credentialing and Privileging documentation (hospital), Credentialing and Scope of Practice (Medical Group), Consultation and Referral Plan (DOPL) or other similar documentation as appropriate. As part of that patient care, this position is accountable to: deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice;
education of the patient, patient’s family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

About this role.As a Wound and Hyperbaric Care provider, you’ll work collaboratively with a team to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences. Throughout the day you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other specialties and strong support staff.

- Incentives: $7,500 starting bonus, up to $5,625 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $18,750 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible!
- You would practice at Intermountain Health:
St. James Hospital in Butte, MT. - Excellent support staff and onsite resources readily available.
- Part-time benefits eligible position (30 hours a week).
- EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).

- The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center.
- An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
- Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
- Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position
- Experienced in Wound and Hyperbaric care is preferred.
- Hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy certification is required. If not currently certified, the required training must be completed.
