Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our facility team. As a Housekeeper at Copper Ridge Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resident rooms and common areas. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort

• Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed

• Perform laundary tasks, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing

• Restock supplies and amenities in resident rooms and common areas

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

• Work closely with other facility staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects, such as laundry carts or cleaning supplies

• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly and safely around the facility

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid Montana driver's license
