Yellowstone Club’s Snow making department is currently seeking candidates for Snowmakers for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment dates are Late October – January 1st.

The purpose of the Snowmaker is to maintain snow guns, hoses, hydrants, and pumps when snow making is operational.

• Operate snow making equipment for creating manufactured snow from water resources.
• Produce quality snow through the use of both air/water and fan equipment.
• Constant relocation of guns and hoses to various areas around the mountain.
• Adjusting, turning, or moving snow guns, sometimes by hand, to maintain snow making efficiency.
• Adjusting the water and or airflow to snow guns.

• Must be able to work in varying winter weather conditions.
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training, or job-related course work required;
  Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Previous work experience as a Snowmaker;
  Experience working at a resort or club setting.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• This position operates on 12 hour shifts from 12:00 am-12:00 pm or from 12:00 pm-12:00 am.
• This position will likely require you to work overtime depending on the weather conditions.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.

• Eligible for ski pass program to Big Sky or Bridger Bowl.
• Eligible for 2 employee ski days each month of the season.
• Free transportation to and from Bozeman.
• Complimentary shift meals.

• End-of-season employee appreciation day.
