Job Title
Under the responsibility of the Head of Post, your mission will be to ensure that production meets hygiene standards, food safety, and customer requirements by performing controls on the production line from the mixing tank to packaging.
You will be responsible for:
- Verifying cut lengths,
- Verifying the instructions and actual values of ovens, freezers, coolers, blast freezers, and cold rooms,
- Filling out control sheets by client,
- Checking the weight of packages,
- Checking the metal detector at least once per post (detection, ejection, alarm).
- You will respect the instructions, hygiene, and safety procedures of your sector.
- You will alert your manager of any anomalies encountered.
Dynamic and organized.
Shift work including weekends and holidays. 38 hours per week.
