REC Silicon in Butte, MT is seeking a Silane Operator to safely monitor and operate the silane processing unit. You will follow written procedures to ensure personal safety and product quality, monitor inventories, record data, and support maintenance activities in a 12-hour rotating shift.
The role requires reading P&, LOTO and safety procedures, basic math, and the ability to work weekends/holidays/overtime as needed.
