Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC

• Contract Length: 8 Weeks

• Shift: Variable – Evenings

• Shift Time: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

• Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week

• Estimated Pay: Up to $2,770/week (Blended)

Crest Nursing Home, LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) for an evening shift position in a Long Term Care setting. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff.

• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and CNAs.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies.

• Respond to changes in resident health conditions promptly.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Montana or Compact License).

• Minimum 1 year of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

• BLS Certification required.

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
