Continental Care and Rehabilitation is seeking an MDS Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our nursing leadership team. The MDS/CRC Coordinator will manage the RAI process, ensure accurate MDS assessments, and support regulatory compliance and reimbursement in a long-term care setting.
The role requires an active Montana RN/LPN license, 3+ years nursing experience, and strong documentation and communication skills. Knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office is expected.
