Job Description
This role is hands‑on and laboratory‑centered, with a strong emphasis on building the experimental and analytical knowledge base that underpins an exciting, rapidly progressing, and innovative product offering.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. A Master's degree is highly valued.
- 37 years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience with a strong emphasis on safety and experimental execution.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely, with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture.
- Familiarity with standard analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, spectroscopy, imaging, and related methods.
- Strong practical troubleshooting skills and comfort working in laboratory and pilot‑plant settings.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or similar.
- Solid, in‑depth chemistry background with practical application experience.
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 USD
