• Execute overall culinary direction and team development while promoting a fun work environment
• Lead and facilitate training solutions for team member development
• Develop kitchen productivity standards and metrics to improve culinary operations
• Manage vendor relations, new menu roll-out, and financial accountability
• Calculate theoretical costing of food, purchasing, and labor
• Follow established procedures, inventory systems, and processes to ensure compliance with brand standards
• Oversee the operation and execution of all menu items and recipes to ensure quality and efficiency for every dish and its presentation
• Maintain harmonious relationships with team members across departments
• Uphold and hold team members accountable for cleanliness standards by maintaining impeccable order and organization
• Participate in outlet management meetings and training opportunities
• Provide and accept feedback and coaching regularly to support team members
• Learn and adhere to our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests

Recipe for Success:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in culinary leadership
• Passion for current food trends, culinary arts, and hospitality industry
• Extremely high standards and acute attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency ensuring consistent quality standards
• High level of personal initiative, technical problem-solving, and results-driven action
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to supervise and inspire staff
• Ability to excel with varied tasks while remaining composed under pressure
• Openness to work within established standards and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Availability to work early, mid-day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
