As a Retail Sales/Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service
  :
  Greet customers with a friendly attitude, operate the cash register, process credit payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Housekeeping
  :
  Keep the checkout area clean and organized while maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
• Merchandising
  :
  Stock shelves, maintain tidy displays, and complete merchandising tasks as directed.
• Inventory & Sales
  :
  Count and enter inventory into our system, and learn about our coffee products to assist customers with their purchases.
• Order Fulfillment
  :
  Fulfill online orders by printing mailing slips and packing items for shipment.
• General Tasks
  :
  Assist with bagging coffee beans and other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

• Experience
  :
  At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.

  :
  Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Independence & Teamwork
  :
  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.

  : A keen eye for detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately.

  Adaptability to take on a variety of tasks as priorities shift.

This is a part-time position with hours scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. Applicants must also be available to work at least two Saturdays per month as part of their regular schedule.
