A U.S.
-based advanced equipment manufacturer is hiring a Sales Engineer to lead customer engagement, demo cutting-edge industrial systems, and drive revenue growth across a national territory. This is a mission-critical sales role in a company that is redefining how the world processes materials—with a strong customer base and expansion into new markets and applications.

Here’s how you ll become a key player with this opportunity:- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and supporting implementations
- Travel (up to 50%) to customer sites across the U.S. for onsite meetings, hands-on product demos, and solution presentations
- Build deep technical knowledge of the company’s product line to effectively articulate benefits and ROI
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, generate in-depth proposals, and support application-specific inquiries
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Identify and develop new market opportunities and verticals for industrial system sales
- Present at trade shows, conferences, and customer events to promote the brand and its technical solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- 5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or technical solution selling
- B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field (required)
- Proven success in a consultative sales role with industrial or manufacturing clients
- Strong understanding of materials processing, industrial machinery, or mechanical/electromechanical systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
- Hands-on technical aptitude for equipment demos, installations, and troubleshooting
- Ability to think quickly, adapt solutions, and eliminate obstacles during the sales process
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- U.S. Citizenship and valid driver’s license (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic)
- A natural relationship builder with a hunter’s mentality
- Someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves for hands-on demos and problem-solving

$65,000 - $70,000 + commission
