RV & Marine Sales Consultant

If so, we want you to join our sales team! You do NOT need previous RV, marine, or dealership sales experience to take advantage of this opportunity with strong earning potential.
What you need is a great attitude, a talent for connecting with people, and the drive to follow through. We will provide the training you need to succeed!
- Understand and implement the dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process, from new customer prospecting and lead follow-up to vehicle delivery
- Work with phone, internet, and walk-in customers to understand their needs and help them find the right RV or boat
- Present and demonstrate inventory in a helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused way
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
- Use CRM software to track customer communication, follow up with leads, and manage sales opportunities
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain customer satisfaction, sales goals, and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up to date on products, market trends, and certification
- Build strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Saturdays are part of the schedule and are an important sales day for maximizing earning potential
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education, prior sales training, or customer-facing experience is a PLUS
- Experience in retail sales, automotive sales, marine sales, powersports, hospitality, customer service, phone sales, or high-ticket sales can be helpful
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers
- Motivated, competitive, coachable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable using computers, email, and CRM tools
- Ability to walk the dealership lot and stand for extended periods of time
- Bending, climbing, and stooping
- Occasionally lifting 20 lbs
- Work in various weather conditions
- This is a commission
-based sales position with strong earning potential. Newer sales consultants commonly earn in the $50,000–$75,000 range as they build their skills, product knowledge, and customer base. Experienced and top-performing sales consultants across the company earn well into six figures. - $4,000/month training guarantee for the first 4 months
- Commission earned on all RV and boat units sold
- Paid training and support while you learn the products, sales process, and customer experience
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- We are open Monday - Saturday
- 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Days off:
Sunday & 1 week day
