Parts Counter Sales

Overview

We’re hiring a Parts Counter Sales position, also known as Camping & Boating Advisor. This role combines outdoor adventure with retail, guiding customers in selecting RV parts, accessories and boating gear.

• Parts & Accessories Expert: Help customers select RV parts, accessories and boating essentials.
• RV Show-throughs: Tour customers the RV lot, highlight features, and prepare them for road adventures.
• Customer Experience Guru: Offer tips, upgrades and insider knowledge to enhance every customer’s adventure.
• Community Builder: Connect with outdoor enthusiasts and build a community of explorers.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Outdoor Enthusiasm: Passion for camping, boating and outdoor activities.
• Experience (or Energy!): Background in RVs or boating is a plus; enthusiasm and eagerness to learn accepted.

• $20/hour Training Period: Initial training rate.
• $18/hour + 7.5% Commission: After 90 days, increased hourly rate plus commission on sales.

• Full-Time: Monday through Saturday, with Sundays plus either Tuesday or Thursday off.
