Boat and RV Salesperson

You don’t need previous sales experience to take advantage of this boat and RV sales position with unlimited earning potential. We will provide the training you need to succeed!

• Take the initiative to promote a top‑notch, high‑quality customer experience selling new and used RV’s
• Develop relationships and expand customer pipelines
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profit by prospecting within the defined territory
• Create customer‑specific proposals based on detailed needs analysis
• Close sales effectively by working closely with our Finance & Insurance team
• Conduct market research to produce competitive comparisons
• Develop and maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices
• Maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory
• Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment
• Monitor trends in customers’ business activities and provide timely communication to management
• Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and evaluate equipment properly for trading purposes
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
• Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
• Assume additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college‑level education is a plus
• Ideal previous experience: 2+ years in sales in RV, automotive, television/cellphone, real‑estate, and home goods
• Professional and approachable appearance and demeanor is necessary
• Enthusiastic and strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory and CRM programs

• Commission
• Potential to earn over $100,000 annually

• Full‑time
• Saturdays required
• Sundays and one weekday off
