Healthcare Marketer Full-Time | Non-Union Position Salary: $75,000 Annually + Bonus Eligible Join the Copper Ridge Team Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketer to build and maintain relationships with referral sources, drive census growth, and increase community awareness of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct facility tours and represent Copper Ridge at networking events.
  • Execute marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor referral activity and market trends.
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census goals.
  • Maintain CRM and referral tracking systems.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or business development experience preferred.
  • Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to meet goals and work independently.
Position Details

Full-Time Non-Union Position Annual Salary: $75,000 Bonus Eligible Based on Production and Performance Metrics
