Reconstruction Repair Lead
Pay: $24-$28/hour DOE + overtime and on-call pay
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call duties
Location:
Residential and commercial job sites
Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, and property damage. We're seeking a skilled Reconstruction Repair Lead who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead and support a reconstruction team
- Perform framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinet, and trim installation
- Read blueprints and follow project plans
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
- Complete daily documentation and maintain safe, organized worksites
- Provide excellent customer service
- 1+ year of construction, restoration, or reconstruction experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience with drywall finishing, painting, carpentry, and cabinetry
- Ability to read blueprints
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Water/fire restoration experience and IICRC certifications are a plus
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in active construction environments
