Delivery Driver - Non-CDL

Job Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles during one of our many routes while making 10‑20 deliveries per day.
• Complete and maintain accurate records and logs, including driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records as required by company policy and law.
• Make on‑time deliveries at customer locations while operating a safe, punctual manner in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle for the day.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
• When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks and occasionally operate equipment (forklift pallet jacks, order pickers, etc.) when needed.
• Expect to work approximately 8‑12 hours per day.
• Operate a handheld device, provided, and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Employees must be able to operate equipment safely, frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds (occasionally up to 80 pounds), and sometimes push up to 40 pounds. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline. Equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. Work may be exposed to weather conditions and moderate noise levels;

fumes from tires and lubricants may be present.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck, or semi) and satisfactory completion of a company road test.
• Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in compliance with our driver policy.
• Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana excluded).
• Valid DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one in accordance with DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
