We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Beacon House residential treatment program in Buxton, Maine. The RN will be part of the management team, overseeing medication administration and providing in‑service training and medical supervision to the clinical staff, leading health class instruction for students, conducting medical assessments, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication among medical providers to ensure participants' needs are met.
Responsibilities- Oversee medication administration.
- Provide in‑service training and medical supervision to the CRMA staff team.
- Lead health class instruction for students.
- Conduct medical assessments.
- Coordinate medical appointments.
- Facilitate communication among medical providers.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Maine.
- Associates degree in Nursing or higher.
- Ability to multi‑task and work flexibly.
- Willingness to apply trauma‑informed care and understand strengths and challenges of participants.
- Strong organizational skills and empathy.
