Napa Auto Parts - - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service in-store or over the phone;
Look up parts using catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately;
Advise customers on suitable parts and address questions; maintain knowledge of products, warranties, and store policies;
Support store personnel with stock orders, inventory accuracy, and display appearance;
Maintain POS competence and perform cash/credit transactions as needed
