As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in maintaining vibrant floral displays and ensuring customers are greeted with fresh, beautifully arranged flowers. You'll work closely with store management to craft attractive arrangements and keep the floral section neat and inviting.

As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays to ensure they are attractive and appealing to customers. Water, clean, and care for floral products to preserve their freshness and visual appeal. Complete light paperwork and follow planograms to meet visual merchandising standards. Lift, bend, and move floral products, sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds, while prioritizing safety and proper handling. Create beautiful and eye-catching floral arrangements and displays that enhance the shopping experience.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for floral design, along with a genuine passion for creating beauty. Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in floral arrangement, merchandising, or retail display is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

Basic physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
