We are looking for an experienced loader operator to join our team and help support a wide range of earthwork projects.

- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment using foot and hand controls, including maneuvering in tight or confined spaces when required
- Enter and exit equipment cabs, including vehicles elevated off the ground, and climb ladders or steps to access machinery and work areas
- Perform routine pre‑shift inspections of safety equipment, lights, horns, cooling systems, tires, and other components; visually inspect vehicles for mechanical defects and report concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Fuel, lubricate, and grease heavy equipment as part of daily maintenance
- Load trucks efficiently to maximize space, distribute weight properly, and ensure safe transport on the road
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline work processes
- Work safely at all times and in a manner that does not present a direct threat to self or others
- Work cooperatively with other employees, crew members, and the public; contribute to seamless, high‑quality customer service
- Lift arms above shoulder level when entering cabs, operating controls, or using equipment
- Previous experience operating loaders
- Ability to work safely and follow instructions
- Ability to perform physical job duties in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in heavy civil or earthwork construction
- Experience operating excavators, dozers, or other equipment
- Ability to work in tight spaces and changing site conditions
