Premium Waters is seeking a Plant Manager in Byram, MS to lead a multi-line bottling and blow molding facility. You will drive production, safety, quality, and cost performance, while developing teams and implementing SOPs and Lean initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in production leadership with at least 2 years in plant management, plus a Bachelor’s or equivalent in a related field. Local candidates preferred, with a strong Lean background.
