Develop People. Drive Production. The Production Supervisor – night shift is responsible for leading shift operations and supporting production-related maintenance activities. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, productive, and engaged workforce focused on:
Safety Quality Customer service Employee development Operational efficiency Cost control Production performance The Production Supervisor provides direct leadership to production employees and ensures established standards, production schedules, policies, and procedures are consistently followed. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to develop a well-rounded background in operations, equipment, people leadership, food safety, and continuous improvement.

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Night Shift production employees. Create a positive, accountable, and results-focused work environment. Set clear performance expectations and hold employees accountable for meeting established standards. Ensure production schedules are followed and customer commitments are achieved. Determine staffing and production-resource requirements for the shift. Utilize production resources in the most efficient manner possible. Monitor production performance and respond quickly to equipment, staffing, quality, or operational issues.

Train and develop operators on equipment operational procedures. Ensure employees are properly trained before independently operating production equipment. Identify production challenges and coordinate solutions with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Management.
